Colostrum Milk Pudding | Kharvas | Posu | Ginnu
Colostrum Milk Pudding, also known as kharvas or ginnu is specially made from the milk of cow or buffalo. This milk is produced in them as soon as they give birth to the calf. This colostrum milk is very nutritious and good for health with many benefits.
Here is the simple, yet nutritious recipe. This tastes similar to caramel custard pudding. I prepared using 3rd day milk (its very thick), some raw cow milk and jaggery. For flavour, I added few crushed cardamom.

Notes:
If the colostrum milk is of 2-3rd day then you have to add raw milk. If its of more than 4 days then you can prepare the pudding directly without adding any extra milk.
You can add sugar instead of jaggery.
Even u can add little bit of pepper for taste.
