Keto Tandoori Prawns
Keto Tandoori Prawns is an easy and tasty recipe best for Ketogenic diet. Succulent prawns with mild Tandoori flavor. This recipe is different from traditional tandoori recipe. A must try recipe for those who are on Keto diet.
This is my variation of Tandoori recipe without adding Ginger-garlic paste. You can add if you wish to. But it tasted so awesome even without this.

Keto Tandoori Prawns

Tandoori flavoured prawns best for ketogenic diet
Ingredients
- Tiger prawns - 500 gms
- Full fat yogurt - 3 tbsp
- Kashmiri chilli powder - 1 tbsp
- Garam masala powder - 1 tsp
- Pepper powder - ½ tbsp
- Salt - 1 tsp
- Kasuri Methi - 1 tbsp
- Lemon juice - 2 tbsp
- Ghee - 2 tsp + 2 tsp
Instructions
- In a bowl, add cleaned prawns, full fat yogurt, Kashmiri chilli powder, Pepper powder, garam masala powder, Kasuri Methi, salt, 2 tsp Ghee and lemon juice. Mix well and marinate for 30 minutes.
- After 30 minutes, heat a frying pan. Add 2 tsp Ghee.
- Drop in the marinated prawns and cook on each side for 5 minutes. Flipping now and then.
- Once done, transfer to plate.
- Heat a grill and put these cooked prawns and grill on high flame flame for 5 minutes to get that smokey tandoor flavor. (keep flipping)
- Once done, transfer to a plate.
- Serve hot with any chutney of your choice.
Notes:
Don't overcook the prawns.
