Millets are great for health conscious people. It should be a part of daily diet. Here I have used Foxtail Millet also known as Navane in Kannada and Kangni/Kakum in Hindi. Foxtail millet is rich in dietary fibre, protein, healthy micros (vitamin and minerals) and low in fat. Studies show that people who consume foxtail millet in their diet have a lower probability of suffering from diabetes. Here I have made it more healthier adding lots of vegetables.
