Prep time: 1 MCook time: 30 MTotal time: 31 M
tempering of compound dark chocolate and moulding them

Ingredients:

  • Dark Compound - 125 gms (I used Morde)

Instructions:

  1. Roughly chop the dark compound and transfer it to a deep microwave safe bowl.
  2. Defrost for a minute in microwave. Mix well to check if chocolate is melted. If not defrost in microwave for 30 seconds. (You can also use Double Boiler method to melt the chocolate if you don't have microwave.)
  3. Now pour the melted chocolate into the moulds and allow it to set in refrigerator for 30 mins.
  4. De-mould and wrap in a chocolate wrapper. Dark Chocolate is ready

Notes:

Make sure your bowl, spoon and moulds are free from moisture. Even a single drop of water or moisture, the chocolate gets seized and you wont get the smooth texture. Even overheating makes the chocolates dry.
