Chocolate is everyone's favorite. Especially kids love it a lott.. :) If u are weight watcher, then ur dietitian will suggest u to stop eating chocolates. But I came across a show on TV where they said chocolates are good for health.. Haan, strange na!! YES.. Dark Chocolate is healthy compared to normal chocolates. Darker d color of the chocolate, less in the amount of sugar in it. It will actually be less sweet and bitter in taste. Here are some health benefits of Dark Chocolate : It is full of antioxidants. It is good for ur heart and brain. It is a stress buster.
