Babycorn Rawa Fry
Babycorn rawa fry, a yummy snack or starter, where babycorns are marinated with spicy masala and then coated in rawa and deep fried till crisp.

Ingredients:
- Babycorn - 10 nos
- Small Rawa - ½ cup
- Oil for frying
For marination :
- Red Chilli Powder - 3 Tbsp ( I used half Kashmiri chilli powder and half Tikhalal)
- Corn Flour - 2 Tbsp
- Rice Flour - 1 Tbsp
- Ginger Garlic paste - 1 tsp
- Soya Sauce - 1 tsp
- Chat Masala - ½ tsp
- Jeera Powder - 1 tsp
- Garam Masala - 1 tsp
- Sugar a pinch
- Salt to taste
Instructions:
- Wash babycorn, and drain it. Put it over a clean kitchen towel to dry, no water content should be there.
- Prepare marination by mixing the ingredients under marination with little water. Marinade but be thick paste..
- Apply the marinade to washed babycorn and rest it at least for 30 mins.
- Heat oil in a Kadai. In a plate, spread rawa. Roll the babycorns in rawa and keep it aside..
- Once the oil is heated, put the babycorns and fry until crisp and golden brown.
- Take it in a tissue paper to remove excess oil..
- Serve hot with Schezwan Sauce or any dip of your choice.. :)
