 Cake or Muffins.. I jus love them.. 😃 Filled with lotzz of butter, refined flour and of course sugar.. Lotzz of calories, isn't it? 😐 So I thought why don't I skip all these ingredients and experiment with healthy ingredients? Here is what I ended up with.. 😊 The muffins were soo fluffy and moist, like the ones we prepare using refined flour n butter.. Babycorn rawa fry, a yummy snack or starter, where babycorns are marinated with spicy masala and then coated in rawa and deep fried till crisp. Ingredients: Babycorn - 10 nos Small Rawa - ½ cup Oil for frying For marination : Red Chilli Powder - 3 Tbsp ( I used half Kashmiri chilli powder and half Tikhalal) Corn Flour - 2 Tbsp Rice Flour - 1 Tbsp Ginger Garlic paste - 1 tsp Soya Sauce - 1 tsp Chat Masala - ½ tsp Jeera Powder - 1 tsp Garam Masala - 1 tsp Sugar a pinch Salt to taste Instructions: Wash babycorn, and drain it. Brownies.. prepared using oats and yeah its eggless. a healthy version of I must say.. a must try recipe.. :) Here is d recipe.. Print Eggless Oatmeal Choco Brownies Yield: 3-4 servings Author: Namitha Shenoy Prep time: 15 M Cook time: 35 M Total time: 50 M a healthy and eggless version of brownie prepared using oats Ingredients: Powdered Oats - ¼ cup Whole Wheat flour - ¼ cup Powdered Sugar - ¾ cup Cocoa powder - 5 tbsp (I used 2 tbsp instant chocolate horlicks powder, since I had only 3 tbsp of cocoa powder , n reduced sugar to ½ cup) Apples, chopped - 2 nos Low fat yogurt - ¼ cup (at room temperature) Baking powder - 1 tsp Vanilla extract - ½ tsp Cinnamon power - a pinch Walnuts chopped - ¼ cup Instructions: Preheat oven at 180°C. Easy Egg masala.. As the name suggests, this is a quick and easy side dish for egg lovers which goes well with phulkas and rotis. The main taste of the gravy comes from Onions. Onions should be fried until golden brown. Also adding besan gives a thick gravy.  This is my own recipe. And its too yummy as well.
