Pumpkin is very healthy vegetable. You can roast it , sprinkle little salt and pepper and relish it.  I love pumpkin in any form. This is a treat for soup lovers and Pumpkin lovers. I had seen this recipe on Fox life.. I have added my own twist in this 😊 Its delicious and healthy too.. 😃 Print Creamy Pumpkin Soup Yield: 6 servings Author: Namitha Shenoy Prep time: 5 M Cook time: 20 M Total time: 25 M A creamy and healthy soup prepared using pumpkin Ingredients: Pumpkin cubes - 3 cup Milk - ¼ cup Pumpkin stock - 1 cup Garlic cloves (peeled n crushed) - 2 Cinnamon - 1 inch White pepper powder - ¼ tsp or as per taste Salt to taste Parsley - to garnish Instructions: In a cooker, add pumpkin, garlic, cinnamon, add 2 cups of water, salt and mix well. Cover with a lid and cook. (1 whistle is enough) Remove from the flame and keep aside to cool. Once cooled, remove cinnamon from it and strain. Keep the stock separately.
