Quick Paneer Ghee Roast

I prepared this dish from left-over red chutney, which I'd prepared for masala dosa. Had homemade paneer lying in the refrigerator. So thought why not I try ghee roast with these ingredients.. n finally I tried. Ghee roast was finger-licking good :D Here's the recipe.. Print Quick Paneer Ghee Roast Yield: 2 servings Author: Namitha Shenoy Prep time: 5 M Cook time: 15 M Total time: 20 M A spicy paneer dish prepared using spicy red chutney and roasted in ghee Ingredients: Paneer (small cubes) - 1 cup Curd - 1 Tbsp Jeera powder - 1 tsp Coriander powder - 1 tsp Pepper powder - ¼ tsp Ghee - 1 Tbsp Coriander leaves - for garnishing Lemon juice - 1 tsp For Red chutney : Byadgi Red Chilles, (soaked in hot water) - 10 Tamarind - small amla size Garlic pods - 4 Salt to taste Instructions: Grind the ingredients under Red chutney to a fine and smooth paste. Take this chutney in a bowl. Add paneer, curd, Jeera powder, Coriander powder and pepper powder. Mix well and keep it aside for 15-20
